Overview

Hamilton Health Box (HHB) is a rapidly growing healthcare startup revolutionizing access to care through hybrid, telemedicine-enabled primary care clinics serving small and medium-sized businesses and underserved communities across the country. We are seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic care team, primarily working remotely with occasional travel to support onsite clinical operations.

In Short

• Full-time position for a Physician Assistant in a telemedicine-enabled healthcare startup.
• Remote work with a requirement to live in Texas, preferably El Paso or West Texas.
• Up to 25% occasional travel within West Texas.
• Collaborate with a supervising physician to manage onsite clinics.
• Provide virtual medical care and in-person patient support.
• Focus on patient health, disease management, and health coaching.
• Document patient care services and maintain compliance with regulations.
• Participate in educational workshops and professional development.
• Utilize telemedicine interface for virtual visits.
• Develop patient-management plans and collaborate in patient care evaluation.

Requirements

• Master's Degree from an accredited PA program.
• Current Texas licensure as a Physician’s Assistant (PA-C).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• 2 years of primary care experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
