Overview

As an Online Merchandiser, you will be a part of a team creating and developing the future of e-commerce, optimizing the customer offer in our online channel to ensure a positive customer experience and maximize selling and profitability.

In Short

• Perform sales, web, and search analysis to understand customer behaviour and act on insights.
• Set goals and drive commercial focus, including newsletter content for your concept.
• Develop and execute sale strategies aligned across channels.
• Create inspiring and updated destinations in the online store.
• Ensure products are presented at the right time and context.
• Maintain and update department pages and categories with relevant content.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive sales.
• Continuously improve ways of working using merchandising best practices.

Requirements

• A background that provides a strong understanding of the e-commerce business.
• Experience in Merchandising, Planning, Controlling, E-commerce, Buying, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical skills and a track record of driving commercial results.
• Experience working in digital environments using systems such as Centra, Fredhopper, ESCI, Contentsquare, Google Analytics, and high proficiency in Excel.
• Professional-level English (spoken and written).
