• You implement and operate modern next-generation firewalls.

• You resolve disturbances and security incidents in the firewall environment.

Requirements

• You have completed training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification.
• You bring solid professional experience in IT security and network security.
• You have a solid foundation and technical knowledge in Fortinet technologies and/or Sophos solutions.
• You possess basic knowledge of network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP).
• You demonstrate analytical thinking, independent working style, and strong communication skills.
• You speak German fluently and can conduct conversations in English if necessary.
• You live within approximately 50 km of Bonn and prefer to work mainly remotely.
