Artificial Intelligence (AI) Lead Tester - Remote

Overview

GXM Technologies is seeking an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Lead Tester to provide both hands-on testing and leadership within a cross-functional Agile Scrum team. The Lead Tester will utilize AI to plan, coordinate, and execute test activities using a variety of functional, usability, and accessibility testing methods. This individual must have a deep understanding of AI, automated testing techniques, and acute focus on detail. You will help drive quality across the full development lifecycle and collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product staff to ensure intuitive, performant, and compliant software delivery. This role requires both AI technical testing proficiency and automation experience. This position is Remote with Ad-Hoc travel possible but not expected.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of AI testing experience.
• 10 years of professional experience in software testing.
• Strong foundation in test planning and execution.
• Ability to create testing artifacts.
• Capability to conduct demonstrations.
