  • Experience in a call center preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work quickly and multi-task in a call center environment.
  • Strong judgment skills when dealing with patient calls.
  • Ability to work from a private HIPAA-compliant workspace.
  • Broadband Internet access with specified speeds.
  • Must not require immigration or work visa sponsorship.
