PSG Specialist - Remote

Overview

The PSG Specialist is responsible for the independent creation and review of complex cybersecurity professional services documents, ensuring compliance with company guidelines while communicating with various stakeholders.

In Short

• Responsible for creating and reviewing Statements of Work (SOWs) and Change Orders.
• Ensure documents comply with company guidelines and formatting.
• Coordinate communications among internal teams.
• Manage lifecycle of services documents including review and execution.
• Proofread and edit existing content for clarity and accuracy.
• Maintain internal document tracking and version control.
• Assist with maintenance of internal process documentation.
• Research additional information to ensure document accuracy.
• Handle a large volume of work in a fast-paced environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of work experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Professional/Technical Writing or English preferred.
• Experience in Cybersecurity or Technology industry is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Advanced MS Word skills and familiarity with Google applications.
• Proven critical thinking and time management skills.
• Customer service driven with attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Advanced professional writing, editing, and proofreading experience.
• Ability to handle a large volume of work effectively.
