Requirements

• Licensed Life Insurance or Health Agents or willing to become licensed.
• Coachable, patient, ambitious, and a team player.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must have a smartphone and a laptop with internet access.
• Willingness to learn the company’s selling system.
• Ability to review underwriting guidelines and select products.
• Minimum of 20+ hours a week commitment.
• Effective communication and engagement skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Experience in sales is preferred.
