Requirements

• Willing to work a minimum of 20+ hours a week.
• Learn the company's selling system including phone scripts and virtual presentations.
• Engagement in a team-supported environment using LMS.
• Ability to review underwriting guidelines and make product selections.

Qualifications

• Licensed Life or Health Agents or top sales reps willing to become licensed.
• Coachable, patient, ambitious, and a team player.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must have a smartphone and a laptop.
