Marketing Manager with Focus on Video & Print (m/f/d) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a creative and impactful Marketing Manager who loves good design and knows its power. For over 15 years, we have been the invisible engine that drives our automotive clients to success.

In Short

• Design and implement all visual assets for campaigns (digital & printed)
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Design for advertising materials, trade shows, and presentations
• Develop design concepts for brand presence and customer communication
• Create layouts for newsletters, social media posts, and blog articles
• Design advertising materials for Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.
• Screen designs for landing pages, e.g., using WordPress & Elementor
• Create design assets for newsletter campaigns (e.g., Mailchimp, Rapidmail)
• Video production is a key part of the job
• Work with tools like CapCut, OBS for video creation

Requirements

• Completed studies or training in graphic/communication design
• 2+ years of professional experience in a similar role (agency or in-house)
• Strong sense of style, conceptual thinking & brand understanding
• Good self-organization & enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
