Overview

As Sales Support Specialist, you will support our managers in the sales process by qualifying leads and setting appointments for senior managers to follow up and close deals.

In Short

• Prospect sales leads according to specific services categories, geographies and industries
• Reach out to interested customers through e-mail, LinkedIn, videocalls and telephone
• Build relationships with interested customers
• Qualify leads
• Set appointments for senior managers
• Create opportunities and quotations in CRM
• Maintain CRM with customer-related information
• Produce reports for senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• High level or native speaker of Spanish and English
• Excellent communication skills
• IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Proactive approach to meeting deadlines and targets
• A professional and courteous disposition
• Excellent organizational and administration skills
