Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in motion design or animation.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Ps, Ai, Id).
• Proficiency in animation software (After Effects).
• Ability to lead and mentor junior designers.
• Experience in handling high-stakes projects.
• Strong conceptual and visual communication skills.
• Comfortable presenting work in client meetings.
• Agency or studio background preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows is a plus.
• Portfolio demonstrating design, illustration, and animation skills.
