This role involves providing technical support to clients, managing support tickets, and collaborating with vendors and other support levels.

  • Consultation and updating of documented information.
  • Fluent Spanish is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in IT Service Desk or as an on-site technical support engineer.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • Degree in Systems Engineering or a similar field.
  • Technical knowledge of level 2 support.
  • Strong customer service skills and good communication.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
