SAP VIM (Remote / Perú )

Overview

This role involves serving as the primary contact for SAP VIM, coordinating vendor invoice integration, and ensuring compliance with business processes.

• Coordinate vendor invoice integration to VIM.
• Work on WRICEF for VIM integration.
• Manage invoice workflows in SAP VIM.
• Ensure accurate supplier data collection.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users.
• Participate in user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with SAP Ariba consultants.
• Develop training content and lead workshops.

Requirements

• Practical expertise in Accounts Payable and VIM.
• Experience with SAP Ariba Supplier Network.
• Knowledge of DP setup and invoice exception management.
• Ability to create configuration documents.
• Experience in training and education content development.
• Familiarity with ALE/EDI setup for procurement transactions.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC/S4 HANA.
• Technical integration experience with Ariba CIG.
• Understanding of purchasing cycles in SAP.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
