The Associate Network Architect is responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and troubleshooting mobile data connectivity processes to ensure seamless user experience and efficient network operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in mobile network operations.
• Knowledge of IMS, VoLTE, and VoNR.
• Certifications in mobile networks or process improvement preferred.
• Experience with Python for data analysis automation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail in reviewing network configurations.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Must reside in Mexico and have valid documentation.
