Overview

The Senior Integration Engineer will own the end-to-end integration layer across Magento, TrueView, ServiceNow, and NetSuite, focusing on ensuring reliable and accurate data flows between these systems.

In Short

Own and maintain Magento ↔ TrueView integrations.
Design and support integrations for customers, orders, and asset lifecycle.
Work with Magento APIs and asynchronous integration patterns.
Design and maintain integrations with ServiceNow and NetSuite.
Participate in technical discovery with enterprise customers.
Produce and maintain integration architecture diagrams and documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to evolve integration contracts.
Support testing, go-live, and production troubleshooting.
Contribute to security and architecture reviews.
High technical ownership and architectural influence.

Requirements

Fluent English (written and spoken).
Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations.
5+ years of experience in system-to-system integrations.
Hands-on experience with Magento or similar platforms.
Solid understanding of integration patterns and data architecture.
Experience with REST APIs and error handling.
Comfortable collaborating with engineering teams.
