Overview

We’re seeking a skilled AI Developer to join our team and support our members in navigating the technical aspects of their AI arbitrage journey. In this role, you’ll handle technical inquiries, manage member accounts, create automations, and design landing pages, with a primary focus on Go High Level.

In Short

• Respond to and resolve technical support inquiries from members.
• Provide expert support for Go High Level and other platforms.
• Manage new member account setups in the member portal.
• Develop and maintain automations in Go High Level.
• Design and update landing pages for members.
• Provide training on using Go High Level and AI Toolkit.
• Ensure swift resolution of technical issues.
• Deliver timely setup of member accounts.
• Enhance member workflows with efficient automations.
• Increase member satisfaction and retention rates.

Requirements

• Experience in AI development or technical support.
• Proficiency in Go High Level and automation tools.
• Strong communication skills for member interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple technical inquiries efficiently.
• Experience in designing landing pages.
• Knowledge of Zapier and similar platforms.
