In Short

• Develop and implement our visual identity (brand, campaigns, website, product, etc.)
• Conceptualize and create visual content: from social media assets to infographics, pitch decks, and animations
• Provide creative support for marketing campaigns (digital/print/video)
• Design user interfaces in close collaboration with our product team
• Further develop and maintain our brand style guide
• Visually simplify complex topics (e.g., for investors, clients, or onboarding materials)
• Collaborate with external creative partners

Requirements

• You think holistically – across channels, formats, and media – and are bold in implementing your ideas
• You have experience in design, branding, UX, or communication (at least 3 years of professional experience is a plus)
• You are proficient with tools like Figma, Adobe CC, etc.
• You have the ability to translate complex products into simple, understandable communication
• You have a high quality standard and a strong sense of aesthetics
• You work independently and enjoy a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
• Want to take it a step further? Then you have experience with motion design, illustration, or video editing
