Overview

The Leasing Professional at Greystar is responsible for coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals in a student living community.

In Short

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to meet community goals.
• Conduct tours and manage resident move-ins.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to boost occupancy.
• Utilize property management software for tracking and data management.
• Ensure community meets quality standards and maintain aesthetics.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents for satisfaction.
• Assist with lease renewals and related documentation.
• Respond to resident and owner concerns promptly.
• Complete various administrative and financial reports.
• Maintain required licenses and certifications.

Requirements

• Required licenses and certifications as per state and local regulations.
• Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart on property.
• Experience in property management or sales preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite and meet performance goals.
• Familiarity with property management software (OneSite, Yardi).
• Ability to conduct market research and implement strategies.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
