• Manage and coordinate event and booking inquiries via email and phone.
• Advise business clients and individuals on event packages.
• Plan and organize events such as corporate events, team buildings, and private parties.
• Conduct and oversee events on-site at the VR arena.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and store teams to implement creative events.
• Support participants during events and ensure an outstanding guest experience.
• Collect feedback and evaluate the success of events.

Requirements

• Experience in event management, ideally in the entertainment, tech, or service sector.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills in German and English.
• Strong organizational skills, hands-on mentality, and reliability.
• Enjoy direct customer contact and the flow of live events.
• Flexibility: evening and weekend work is part of the role.
