In Short

• Build, lead, coach a team of great managers and Observability Architects.
• Guide the Observability Architecture team to be trusted partners for customers.
• Drive operational excellence to increase consumption, retention, and expansion.
• Develop strategic programs that drive customer success and business growth.
• Partner with the Engagement Management team to enhance customer lifecycle frameworks.
• Own planning, actions, and outcomes of your teams based on leadership guidance.
• Executive sponsorship of key accounts as a thought leader.
• Ensure customer requirements are met through collaboration with Product Management.
• Manage renewals forecasting and assist customers in evaluating software.
• Work closely with the sales team to articulate Grafana's value proposition.

Requirements

• 3+ years leading a post-sales technical organization.
• Direct technical experience in observability or a related field.
• Experience mentoring and developing people in a technical environment.
• Deep operational expertise in observability, monitoring, and data/visualization products.
• Demonstrated success in driving customer adoption and solving technical challenges.
• First-class written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in Open Source or Cloud-first environments is a plus.
