Overview

CoinFlip is seeking a Bilingual Customer Support Agent (Spanish and English) to support our ATM customers and maintain compliance standards while addressing technical issues with our products.

In Short

  • Provide support to ATM customers via phone, chat, email, and SMS.
  • Handle functional questions regarding ATM usage and the app.
  • Educate customers on basic cryptocurrency concepts.
  • Troubleshoot ATMs and report trends.
  • Adhere to performance expectations.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicate effectively with customers.
  • Collaborate with the team and work independently.
  • Commit to continuous learning in the cryptocurrency field.
  • Flexible to multitask across various communication channels.

Requirements

  • Business fluent in Spanish and English.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM.
  • Competent computer literacy.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Technical acumen with iOS and Android.
  • 1-2 years of contact center experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.) is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based call center software is a plus.
  • A passion for education in cryptocurrency is essential.
