Licensed Mental Health Counselor - Remote

Overview

We are currently seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT-LPCC-LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced in mental health and committed to using evidence-based treatment modalities to help individuals achieve their goals, and cope with the stressors of life. This is a flexible, part-time position with the option for hybrid or fully remote work, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

In Short

• Provide one-on-one therapy, group therapy, and family therapy sessions to address patients' specific needs and goals
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients' mental health concerns, strengths, and challenges
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on the patient's needs and goals
• Guide the implementation of clinical interventions, including facilitating treatment team meetings
• Incorporate evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help patients manage their symptoms
• Educate patients about their mental health and/or substance use condition, self-care strategies, and treatment options
• Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions, including patient progress
• Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to coordinate care

Requirements

• Licensed as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW
• Experience in providing therapy
• Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
