In Short

• Provide clinically & culturally competent mental health services including case management, individual and/or family psychotherapy, and parent counseling.
• Conduct client intakes & initial screening assessments.
• Coordinate with client & attending psychiatrist on treatment plans (develop/implement goals & plans), assess progress, and disposition.
• Responsible for client treatment records that comply with agency policies and clinical standards.
• Provide outreach & education on clients' mental health issues to families.
• Participate in case conferences, staff meetings, in-service training, and other staff development activities.

Requirements

• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification.
• Experience in mental health services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
