Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide individual therapy, family therapy, and couples counseling, helping clients navigate life’s challenges through tailored therapy services.

In Short

• Full-time position with a work schedule of Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
• Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, plus benefits
• Complete brief psychosocial assessments and provide treatment to clients
• Develop individualized treatment plans and follow-up care
• Participate in a multi-disciplinary team for overall treatment planning
• Offer a range of therapeutic interventions and emotional guidance
• Maintain knowledge of mental health trends and best practices

Requirements

• Must be a board-registered LMFT (Marriage and Family Therapist Associate)
• Experience in individual and family therapy preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
