Overview

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will provide individual therapy, family therapy, and couples counseling to help clients navigate life’s challenges through tailored therapy services.

In Short

• Full-time position in Bar Harbor, Maine
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
• Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus benefits
• Completes brief psychosocial assessments
• Provides treatment to adults and/or children
• Develops individualized treatment plans
• Participates in multi-disciplinary team processes
• Offers therapeutic interventions and emotional guidance
• Maintains knowledge of mental health trends

Requirements

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Experience in individual and family therapy
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Knowledge of mental health best practices
