As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will provide essential therapy services to support diverse couples and families in navigating life's challenges.

In Short

• Full-time position with a work schedule of Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
• Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, plus benefits
• Conduct brief psychosocial assessments for adults and/or children
• Develop individualized treatment plans and follow-ups
• Participate in a multi-disciplinary team to contribute to client treatment plans
• Provide a range of therapeutic interventions
• Offer emotional guidance to clients
• Stay updated on mental health trends and best practices

Requirements

• Must be a board-registered LMFT (Marriage and Family Therapist Associate)
• Experience in individual, family, and couples therapy
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement treatment plans
• Knowledge of mental health trends
