Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team in Massachusetts. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with couples, families, and individuals using systemic approaches.

In Short

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, both virtually and/or in person
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and professional standards
• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
• Provide crisis intervention and support when needed
• Maintain active licensure and compliance with state regulations
• Optionally participate in community outreach, workshops, or psychoeducation events

Requirements

• Must be a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Experience in therapy with individuals, couples, and families
• Strong understanding of systemic therapy approaches
• Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to participate in team meetings and professional development
