Overview

We are looking to expand our team by adding a full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who shares our commitment to mental wellness and growth.

In Short

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy to clients.
• Work full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records.
• Educate and involve family members in the treatment process.
• Collaborate with other clinicians and community organizations.
• Advocate for patients in crisis situations.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development.
• Manage a caseload of clients.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Experience in providing therapy to individuals and families.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and state regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
