Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist for a remote, full-time telehealth position serving clients in Iowa. This role involves providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families who need support with communication, relationship patterns, emotional health, parenting concerns, and life stressors.

In Short

• Provide virtual therapy sessions using a secure telehealth platform
• Support clients with family conflict, relationship concerns, stress, anxiety, depression, and adjustment challenges
• Develop individualized treatment plans and review progress regularly
• Complete clinical notes and required documentation accurately
• Maintain client confidentiality and follow Iowa licensure standards
• Manage appointments and caseload responsibilities during full-time hours
• Communicate professionally with clients and care-related contacts when needed

Requirements

• Must be a licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Experience in providing therapy in a telehealth setting is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems
