Overview

As a CRM Platform Manager at Goodnotes, you will own the technical operations and strategic enablement of large-scale CRM campaigns and management, ensuring the CRM platform is integrated, scalable, and optimized.

In Short

• Manage day-to-day operations of the CRM platform including data ingestion and campaign orchestration.
• Build and maintain scalable segmentation logic for personalized messaging.
• Contribute to the CRM tech roadmap and evaluate new features.
• Design frameworks for A/B testing across CRM channels.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Data teams for system integration.
• Ensure compliance with privacy and data handling policies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with enterprise CRM platforms.
• Experience managing CRM platform maintenance and implementation of new features.
• Strong understanding of user data flows and event tracking.
• Familiarity with SQL, JSON, and API documentation.
• Experience working with Engineering and Product teams.
• Proactive in advocating for platform improvements.
