Internship in Social Media & Content Creation - Remote

Overview

GOODEN is a young label for plant-based sportswear made from algae and wood fibers – designed by and for women who want to feel strong without fitting into toxic ideals.

In Short

• Create content that shows attitude – not just aesthetics.
• Conceptualize, implement, and reflect on Reels, TikToks, and Stories.
• Stand in front of the camera with the founder or alone.
• Think through campaigns and develop small formats to try out.
• Find language that fits our community – clear, direct, humorous.
• Observe trends, maintain attitude, and dare to try new things.
• Focus on honest, sustainable branding from the ground up.

Requirements

• You are completing a mandatory internship (at least 8 weeks).
• You train yourself – because it shows if content comes from genuine interest.
• You are comfortable in front of the camera – but not reliant on self-presentation.
• You work self-organized, bring ideas, and implement them independently.
• Remote is preferred, ideally in Hamburg – but not mandatory.
• As you will also be visible in our products, the internship is aimed at women and/or individuals who feel comfortable in close-fitting women's sportswear.
