Accounts Receivable Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist who is responsible for managing credit lines for GMI customers while ensuring timely order processing and maintaining accounts receivable.

In Short

• Manage credit lines for customers and ensure timely order processing.
• Handle past dues, chargebacks, and credit card transactions.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and logistics teams.
• Process payments and maintain accounts in ERP system.
• Resolve customer disputes and maintain positive relationships.
• Work with corporate credit facilities to secure customer credit lines.
• Assist in reconciling sales journal data monthly.
• Provide customer support regarding invoices and payments.
• Utilize hybrid-remote work model with weekly office attendance.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Office 365 required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or High School Diploma with 3 years of experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Experience working with hybrid-remote teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving skills and initiative.
• Experience in customer service and relationship management.
• Proficient with Office 365 applications.
