Overview

We are looking for an English-fluent AWS Engineer based in Latin America, available to work remotely. You will design and deploy cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect.

In Short

Design, configure, and deploy Amazon Connect solutions.
Develop and integrate AWS services to enhance functionality.
Implement and manage IVR workflows and call routing.
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements.
Troubleshoot and maintain AWS Connect environments.
Ensure compliance with security best practices.
Document and provide technical support.
Work as an independent contractor through a payroll platform.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in AWS cloud services.
Expertise in Amazon Connect configuration.
Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda and other services.
Strong programming skills in Python or Node.js.
Experience with VoIP and telephony protocols.
Ability to design secure and scalable AWS solutions.
Familiarity with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.
Strong communication skills.
