AWS Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an English-fluent AWS Engineer based in Latin America, available to work remotely. You will design and deploy cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect.

In Short

• Design, configure, and deploy Amazon Connect solutions.
• Develop and integrate AWS services to enhance functionality.
• Implement and manage IVR workflows and call routing.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements.
• Troubleshoot and maintain AWS Connect environments.
• Ensure compliance with security best practices.
• Document and provide technical support.
• Work as an independent contractor through a payroll platform.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AWS cloud services.
• Expertise in Amazon Connect configuration.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda and other services.
• Strong programming skills in Python or Node.js.
• Experience with VoIP and telephony protocols.
• Ability to design secure and scalable AWS solutions.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong communication skills.
