Requirements

• Prior customer service or operations work experience.
• Experience utilizing multiple computer applications simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Minimum internet connection speed of 25m x 10m.
• Dedicated secure home workspace.
• Ability to work during scheduled shifts from 6am-6pm EST.
• Must pass credit history check for Enrollment Representative role.
• Experience in military, healthcare, banking, or related industries preferred.
• Experience working with senior populations is a plus.
• Availability for occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings.
