The Strategic Planning and Analytics Lead at Glydways will lead the development of long-term strategic plans for the global supply chain, ensuring alignment with company objectives and growth strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in strategic planning or supply chain management.
• Strong experience in data analysis and financial modeling.
• In-depth understanding of supply chain processes.
• Strong project management skills.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements, including Buy American Act.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
