Full-Stack Developer - Remote

Overview

Gluo is seeking a Software Developer who approaches technology with curiosity, to contribute to our evolving offerings around retail data platform engineering and composable.

In Short

• Provide technical support for Order Management System (OMS) and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to develop and maintain APIs and middleware.
• Track and document support requests and incidents.
• Analyze incident trends to identify recurring issues.
• Work closely with software developers to validate changes and conduct regression testing.
• Provide feedback on system improvements and collaborate on new solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience as a software engineer.
• Hands-on experience with retail commerce data infrastructure.
• Experience with global cloud service providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Deep understanding of Computer Science fundamentals.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Experience with event-driven systems and AWS Lambda.
• Proficient in Java; experience with React is desirable.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Experience with retail data platforms and real-time data management.
• Experience with headless/microservices architectures.
