IT Asset Management Specialist - Hardware - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a ServiceNow HAM Pro Consultant who can implement new processes on-service now, focusing on improving operational efficiency through effective hardware asset management.

In Short

• Develop and implement plans to improve the Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro) process.
• Configure and manage Stockrooms Asset Health Dashboards and Hardware Asset Mobile Agents.
• Integrate ServiceNow with 3rd party systems like Microsoft Intune.
• Utilize ServiceNow Flow Designer and Automated Test Framework for process automation.
• Perform troubleshooting and debugging to ensure operational success.
• Lead and coach technical teams for efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and update project status.
• Stay updated with ITIL Framework and best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years in GST ServiceNow modules, specifically HAM Pro, ITSM, HRSD, and integrations.
• Experience with architecture of physical and virtual assets in ServiceNow HAM Pro.
• Solid experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, ATF, and scripting.
• Strong understanding of ITIL Framework and hardware asset management best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities.
• Effective stakeholder communication and project reporting skills.
• Experience in leading technical teams.
