Senior Embedded Software Test Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Senior Embedded Software Test Engineer will work in the Software Certification team to analyze and test the embedded software operating on the ALIA-250 production aircraft.

In Short

• Develop automated and manual tests for requirements-based verification.
• Perform software analyses such as worst-case timing and memory margin.
• Conduct peer reviews as part of the software certification team.
• Generate life cycle data in compliance with DO-178C Level A.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in embedded software verification.
• Mastery of the C programming language and test scripting languages.
• Experience with hard real-time systems and communication protocols.
• Understanding of software configuration management and methodologies.
• Comfortable reading electrical schematics and datasheets.
• Good team, communication, and leadership skills.
