The Sr. Principal Statistician is responsible for leading statistical analysis and ensuring compliance with industry standards in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry.

  • Education: Ph.D. or MS in Statistics or Biostatistics
  • Minimum of 4 years (Ph.D.) or 6 years (MS) experience in the Pharmaceutical/CRO industry
  • Excellent knowledge of SAS and industry standards
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Leadership experience for CRO statisticians and programmers
  • Review and prepare statistical sections and study designs
  • Monitor study conduct and data quality
  • Support regulatory submissions and responses

Requirements

  • Ph.D. or MS in Statistics or Biostatistics
  • 4+ years of experience (Ph.D.) or 6+ years (MS) in the field
  • Proficient in SAS
  • Knowledge of ICH guidelines, CDISC, and FDA regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent leadership and teamwork abilities
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience with statistical analysis and reporting
  • Capability to handle ad-hoc statistical tasks
