Overview

As a Remote Customer Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, providing information about products and services, and troubleshooting issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Must have a LAN connection with specified internet speed.
  • Availability to work until 10 PM Eastern Time.
  • Must work a Saturday shift with a rotating day off.
  • PC savvy and possess good listening skills.
  • Experience in sales is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in customer service or call center.
  • Must be LAN connected with a stable internet service.
  • Minimum upload and download speed of 25 Mbps.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent listening and communication abilities.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with PC and technology.
