We are seeking an experienced Insurance Verifier (Virtual Assistant) with proficiency in Archy Software to support a healthcare account. The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying patient insurance details, ensuring accuracy in coverage, and coordinating with insurance providers to confirm benefits and eligibility.

In Short

  • Verify patients' insurance coverage, eligibility, and benefits using Archy Software.
  • Contact insurance companies to confirm co-pays, deductibles, and out-of-pocket expenses.
  • Accurately enter and update patient insurance details in the system.
  • Identify and resolve insurance discrepancies or coverage issues.
  • Communicate with patients regarding their insurance status and financial responsibility.
  • Coordinate pre-authorizations and referrals as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Insurance Verifier in the healthcare industry.
  • Hands-on experience with Archy Software is a must.
  • Strong understanding of medical insurance policies, terminology, and verification processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient data security.
