Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering, with 2+ years in leadership.
• Experience in evolving large systems without breaking production.
• Strong background in data-heavy systems and Big Data.
• Practical experience with AI or LLM-based systems.
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and Go.
• Understanding of PostgreSQL and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience with containerized infrastructure (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Proven ability to mentor and grow engineers.
• Comfortable in a remote, asynchronous environment.
• Clear communication skills in English.
