Join Global Changer as a Senior DevOps Engineer to work on a SaaS B2B platform that helps companies reduce emissions and positively impacts the planet.

In Short

• Own the full lifecycle of self-managed Kubernetes clusters.
• Ensure platform reliability during hardware and software failures.

• Utilize technologies like RKE2, Prometheus, Grafana, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Fluent English required; German is a plus.
• 5+ years in DevOps/SRE/Platform roles with Kubernetes experience.
• Ability to script/automate in Bash and one of Ruby/Go/Python.
• Passionate about combating climate change through technology.

Requirements

• EU residency with valid work permit.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
• 5+ years in DevOps/SRE/Platform roles, with 3+ years in Kubernetes.
• Experience with GitOps, Helm/Kustomize, and CI/CD tools.
• Solid experience with Terraform and Ansible.
• Strong security fundamentals and hands-on with monitoring stacks.
• Hands-on mentality and agile mindset.
• Compliance exposure and degree in computer science are a plus.
• Early-stage startup experience is a plus.
• Passionate about sustainability and creating value-driven solutions.
