Overview

As a Project Manager at Glide, you will help grow our product to hundreds of banks by managing customer implementations and collaborating with our sales team.

In Short

Run customer implementations from kickoff to go-live.
Work alongside the sales team to close prospective customers.
Oversee customer account management and communications.
Analyze customer data for new features and enhancements.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Identify new business opportunities with existing clients.

Requirements

Customer-facing experience at an early-stage company.
Strong understanding of SaaS business models.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Technical understanding of fintech products.
Experience with agile engineering and design teams.
