Overview

The Senior Medical Science Liaison at Gilead plays a critical role in the discovery and development of life-changing scientific innovations, working collaboratively with various teams to support Gilead products and engage with opinion leaders.

In Short

Responsible for the Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Northern Texas territory.
Prepare and deliver presentations on complex scientific data.
Manage clinical trials and patient contact experience.
Respond to clinical inquiries regarding Gilead products.
Develop relationships with opinion leaders and clinical investigators.
Provide training to sales force at national and regional levels.
Collaborate on Gilead Phase IV programs with investigators.
Anticipate and resolve complex field issues collaboratively.
Utilize scientific resources for impactful presentations.
Commitment to continuing education and knowledge maintenance.

Requirements

MD, DO, PharmD, PhD, NP/PA with at least 5 years of clinical practice experience.
OR BS in pharmacy with 10+ years of clinical/industry experience.
MS in nursing with 8+ years of clinical/industry experience.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience in clinical practice within the therapeutic area is desirable.
Industry experience is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively in multiple team environments.
Knowledge of complex regulatory requirements.
Experience in training and developing talent.
Skills in creating an inclusive environment.
