In Short

• Active support for group companies in preparing financial statements and assisting with the integration of new companies into the consolidation circle.
• Preparation of consolidated financial statements according to HGB within our corporate group and execution of group bookings in LucaNet.
• Processing and controlling of monthly reporting data.
• Reporting to management using internal reporting in LucaNet.
• Reconciliation of intercompany balances.
• Maintenance of balance sheets (e.g., banks, liabilities).
• Close collaboration with auditors and tax advisors as the central contact person.
• Contributing to the continuous optimization and design of the processes and interfaces of corporate accounting.

Requirements

• Completed training as a businesswoman/man for office management with a focus on finance and accounting, tax clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, first professional experience in the area of consolidation.
• Good knowledge of accounting according to HGB.
• Proficient use of MS Office programs, especially Excel.
• Experience with LucaNet is an advantage.
• Structured, responsible, and independent working style.
• Very good planning, organizational, and assertiveness skills.
• A healthy dose of pragmatism and a hands-on mentality.
