Salesforce System Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Analyst to join Israel’s Global Business Applications team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering solutions on the Salesforce platform, as well as related automation and business systems across various domains, including Sales, Service, and Marketing. You will play a key role in implementing, optimizing, and maintaining Salesforce and integrative tools, driving scalability to its full potential.

• Lead the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as a system analyst or project manager.
• Proven experience with Salesforce configuration and administration.
• Knowledge of development components (triggers, classes, Visualforce pages).
• Familiarity with customer service platforms, preferably Intercom.
• Experience integrating third-party tools with Salesforce.
• Strong service orientation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Salesforce.com certification is an advantage.
