Overview

We are looking for a telemarketer for applicant calls as a mini job (10 hours per week).

In Short

  • Conduct and document phone calls with applicants on behalf of our clients.
  • Handle email correspondence to collect application documents and forward them to our clients.
  • Utilize applicant management software to keep track of applicants and decide whom to call next.
  • Manage automated email sending, deciding when they are sent.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team and clients about the general applicant situation and individual applicants.

Requirements

  • Fluent German language skills, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent communication skills over the phone.
  • Experience in customer service or telemarketing is an advantage.
  • Experience in human resources is a significant plus.
  • Ability to independently operate a PC, email software, a word processing program, and join video conferences.
  • Willingness to learn and work independently while setting priorities.
