Join GDT and be part of a dynamic team where innovation meets excellence! The Level 3 Engineer is responsible for handling NOC escalations around incident and problem management and assist with resolving these issues primarily around products & technologies.

In Short

• Monitor core and customer connections for performance problems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 escalations.
• Document all steps taken to resolve issues.
• Interact with NOC Agents, Engineering, Vendors, and Customers.
• Design, develop, and analyze technical products and systems.
• Act as the primary contact for customers and vendors.
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills required.
• Deep understanding of complex network design.
• Knowledge of Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Certifications in CCNP Enterprise or Collaboration required.

Requirements

• Extensive understanding of complex network design.
• Strong engineering and operational experience in Service Provider networks.
• Good knowledge in Cisco routers and switches.
• Knowledge in Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, and Cisco firepower firewalls.
• Familiarity with load balancer technology and wireless technology.
• CCNP certifications (Enterprise, Collaboration, Security) preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of SIP and H323 gateways.
• Experience with WebEx Meeting and Calling.
