Overview

As a member of our Trust and Safety data science team, you’ll shape the way we approach data at Gemini by using your analytical and communication skills to work with teams across the business.

• Design and develop Trust & Safety machine learning and AI models.
• Distill complex models and analysis into compelling insights.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and develop predictive models.
• Collaborate with software developers to implement machine learning systems.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of machine learning models.
• Stay up-to-date with data science tools and methodologies.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in analytics and data science.
• 3+ years of experience deploying statistical and machine learning models.
• 2+ years of experience integrating data science models into applications.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying ML models at scale.
• Knowledge of crypto exchange trading or financial markets.
• Extensive knowledge of ML lifecycle management tools.
• Advanced skills with SQL.
• Proficient in Python.
• Experience with big data tools like Snowflake, Databricks, etc.
